BELL PEPPER RICE

INGREDIENTS:

1. Boiled basmati rice

2. Chopped bell peppers

3. Butter

4. Black paper powder

5. salt to taste

METHOD:

At first hit a pan and then take 2to 3 table spoon of butter in it. When the butter get melt add chopped red, yellow bell peppers, capsicum and give them a nice toss. Then add the boiled rice into the pan and fried it for at least 3min. then add salt to taste and 1 table spoon of black paper powder and give a toss.

Now it’s ready to serve. Enjoy this delicious and healthy recipe with  your family.

ILISH MACHER VAPA


Ilish is a very popular fish in Kolkata. It is a seasonal fish which is found mainly in rainy season. The people who lived in Kolkata mostly preferred to eat this fish. There are many varieties of preparation but Ilish macher jhal is very popular.

Ingredients:

  1. ring pieces of Ilish mach
  2. mustard seeds paste
  3. Mustard oil
  4. salt and turmeric powder
  5. 4to5 green chillies
    Method:
    At first take a steel tiffin box place the fish pieces into it . Then add the mustered paste, salt to taste half tea spoon of turmeric powder, 2table spoon of mustered oil and place 5 green chillies into it and cover with its led.
    Take a bowl on fire and add 5to 6 cup of water and let it bowl, when the water started get boiling place the tiffin box into it. Then cover the water bowl with a led. Leave it for at least 10to 15 min and then enjoy this delicious recipes with hot rice.

Kolkata famous ROSOGOLLA:


Rosogolla is a famous sweet in India, mostly in Kolkata. It is round in shape, and boil in sugar syrup. Is a juicy sweet. Kolkata rasogolla is famous all over INDIA.

Ingredients:

  1. cheese
  2. sugar
  3. water

Method:
At first take a bowl , add 200grm cheese to it, then add one table spoon of floor and need it very well. Then take some small portion of it and make balls. Put a bowl on fire and add 5 cups of water and wait until its get to boil. Then add 2.5 cups of sugar and one tea spoon of cardamom powder, when the sugar get melt add the cheese balls to it and cover the bowl with a led and leave it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes put off the flame and serve the rosogolla and enjoy this sweet with your family.
