Caramel Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pcs of bread
  2. 4 cups of milk
  3. Custard powder
  4. 2 cups of sugar
  5. Water

Method:

Step 1:  Caramelized the sugar into a hot pan.

Step 2: Then transfer it in a mould.

Step 3: Then slice the bread edges and cut it into small pieces. Then grind the bread.

Step 4: In a bowl mix 4 spoon of custard powder and ½ cup of water.

Step 5: Boil 1 and ½ cup of milk and add ½ cup of sugar.

Step 6: Then add the custard mix onto it and keep stirring well.

Step 7: Then add bread little by little and mix well.

Step 8:  Add the mixture in the mould and cover it with a silver foil.

Step 9: then boil some water in a bowl and place a stand and then place the mould on the stand.

Step 10: Cover the lid and steam it on medium flame for 20mins.

Step 11: Cool it on room temperature and enjoy.

GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Ingredients:

1. Spinach

2. Cucumber

3. Parsley

4. Ginger

5. Lemon

6. Dates

7. Banana

8. Water

9. Almond Milk

10. Ice Cubes

Method:

Step 1: in a blender take water, almond milk, cucumber, banana, dates, half lemon juice, parsley, spinach, one small ginger and ice cubes.

Step 2: Blend them until it’s become smooth.

Step 3: pour it on a glass and enjoy this smoothie.

GARLIC SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Shrimps
  2. Olive oil
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Lemon juice
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Garlic
  7. Sugar
  8. Red chilli oil

METHOD:

STEP 1:  1table spoon of oil on a heat pan

STEP 2:  add garlic and fry until it get the colour

STEP 3: add shrimps, salt to taste, pinch of sugar and toss for 2to3 min.

STEP 4: and Red chilli oil and chopped coriander leaves.

STEP 5: add 2 table spoon of lemon juice.

STEP 6: serve this awesome stature with your family.

Mozzarella cheese bites

Mozzarella cheese bites are easy to make and it’s so delicious to eats. It’s a perfect snacks for you or your children.  

Ingredients:

  1. Mozzarella cheese cubes
  2. Jalapenos
  3. Corn-starch
  4. Water
  5. Oil for fry
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Bread crumbs

METHOD:  

At first take mozzarella cheese cubes then cut it like a butterfly and put one jalapenos in the middle. Then secure it with a toothpick.

Hit a bowl on fire then add oil( for dip fry ),then take another bowl, then add 4table spoon of corn-starch’s, salt to taste and water as reacquired for making a thin batter.

Then take the cheese ball one by one and dip it into the corn-starch’s batter then coted it with breadcrumbs and fry it in a low flame.

Here your cheese balls are ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

PAYES (SWEET RICE)

SWEET RICE

Ingredients:

  1. Rice
  2. Pinch of salt
  3. Sugar
  4. Milk
  5. Almond, cashew, pistachio and raisin.
  6. Butter
  7. Condense milk
DRY FRUITS
MILK

Method:
At first hit a bowl then add 3table spoon of butter and then add pistachio, almond, cashew and fried it for 30sec. Then take it from a plate. Then hit a another bowl on fire and add 7cups of milk to it, then add 4 to 5 cardamom and 2 bay leaves to it. Let it boil for 15 mins then add3 cups of rice on the milk and continuously stair it then add pinch of salt and let the rice until its get cooked. When its cooked add 2 cups of sugar( as per your taste). Then add condense milk and raisin, let it cook for 2 min. Let it for cool and then serve it and enjoy this delicious sweet rice with your family.

CORIANDER & CURD CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

1. 500grm of chicken

2. 4 table spoon of coriander leaves

3. 1cup of curd

4. Salt to taste

5. Pinch of sugar

6. Olive oil

7. Garam masala

8. Ginger & garlic paste

9. 3 green chilies paste

METHOD:

At first hit a pan on fire. Then add 2 table spoon of olive oil and when the oil hitted add garam masala to it add then add chicken and fry it for 5min. Then add 1 table spoon of ginger & garlic paste , green chilies paste, salt to taste and pinch of sugar. Stir the chicken for 10 to 12 min. Then add the curd and coriander leaves paste and mix it well with the chicken then add 2 cups of water. Slow the flame and cover the pan with a lid. After 5min put off ythe flame and enjoy this recipe with your family.
